I just tried @sdlynn's fix, and it worked! I really hate this, though. It seems to be player-made families that were created prior to the recent patch that are affected, so the only real workaround for now would be to not place any families that you made prior to the recent patch. Seriously, this is awful! I spent a lot of time creating these townie families, and now I can't use them anymore? This needs to be fixed ASAP, EA! I want my townie families back!

So i just tried playing one of my old saves and it worked. That save had no CC that i created in March. I had only placed one sim in a house, saved him. I then created a new game that i have been playing since. It has CC and doesn't seem to work. so i guess it seems i have to search through my CC  and townies to find the issue. and just about every house is occupied

Hello @crinrict!

I am also having issues with this error code (specifically 102:324a2e8e:febb2c36) as of today. I played just last night and today the game is bugged (only access to CAS).

I created a google drive folder with the intention of sharing my recent save file but cannot message EA because I am a new user to the forums. I am hoping you (or others) can help.

I reinstalled and repaired game, made new saves but it always fails again if I put my own townie-family in! this depends on every household where I have edited the original EA-household.

With my Sims 4 game it shows this code 102:324a2e8e:febb2c26. When it can't load a household. I have repaired the game as well as cleared my cache and it still is giving this message.

Every time I try to resume a saved game or try to do anything it takes me back to where I can select a world and a message pops up that says game failed to load error code 122.324 it’s recommended that you relaunch the game,  I have relaunched it multiple times I repaired it and the only kind of mod that was in my game was custom pictures but I removed them all and it’s still showing me this message can someone please help me
