How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.133.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Días de Universidad, Perros y Gatos, Urbanitas, Día de colada.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whenever I select a family to play.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game doesn’t load when you select a sim to play. I can’t even pass from the worlds select.
What do you expect to see? The house and my sims!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Since the patch from yesterday I can’t play at all! It’s really annoying because I was so exited. I don’t have CC since last year like august and never had mods.

I updated my post to include links to my save, list of packs, and a video of the error so you should be able to reproduce it. I hope that helps.

@karolinamikoo I had a very few mods as well, but uninstalled them when I saw the issue.

Getting same error message. Tried repair, update, restart computer. Tried restoring to older file, that didn't work either. I did have MC Command Center mod but no other mods or cc in game. Playing on Windows 10 Professional.

Fixed an issue in which Error code 122:1c9cf40 would appear and loaded the Manage World screen and prompted Simmers to restart the game.
