[FIXED] [ECO] Bulldozing Pinecrest apartments breaks them

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion, game and stuff packs are installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When going to edit Pinecrest Apartment #404, if you bulldoze the lot to clear everything out automatically
What happens when the bug occurs? Once bulldozed, the building walls and floors all disappear, and the building is completely unplayable.
What do you expect to see? If you bulldoze the lot, it should leave an empty apartment without any furniture or interior walls but still have floors and exterior walls.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I tried to do it with the Greener neighborhood action plan, and without. The error occurred both times, and I have attached those screenshots showing what it looks like with the building developed/not

Bulldozing Pinecrest Apartments now is possible without damaging the lot.
Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move to the new apartment + demolize it
What happens when the bug occurs? The flat on top floor is totally down and whole building is kinda invisible
What do you expect to see? To build normally on flat/see it normally

Bugged flats
I don't know which lot mine was, but it looks like the same building.
It happened the same to me.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Opening build mode on the Stonestreet Apartments, clicking bulldoze and then trying to place a floor tile.
What happens when the bug occurs? It displays the error message: "Must be applied to floor". This does not happen in the San Myshuno apartments.
What do you expect to see? The floor tiles to be placed normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This can be worked around by placing a floor (e.g. flat square) from the wall menu of build mode, but I don't think you should have to, as this was not the case with City Living's apartments.
I've gone to bulldoze the biggest apartment in Pinecrest and the empty lot sank to the bottom and is now uneditable. This can be fixed by placing a room from the gallery but this is incredibly annoying when you want empty apartments and you have to "bulldoze" it manually. This happens in both apartments in Pinecrest.
