I tried all troubleshooting suggested by you, none of it helped resolving the issue.

I am having issues with the background on Del Sol Valley, it doesn't seem to load properly in my game. 
All my graphic settings are on ultra, my other worlds are fine. I have tried with mods and without. I have also tried with High settings, I also have tried repairing the game as well as reinstall the expansion pack, its  still the same.

Kindly help resolve this. Thank you!

Which packs do you have installed? Do you play with CC/Mods? If so, does the problem occur when you move out your Mods and repair your game?

Could you trash the Options.ini file in the Sims 4 folder. This will reset the in-game graphics options. I think the issue may be caused by your high graphics settings as your Intel graphics are struggling to render the game properly. You could also try toggling laptop mode on/off to see if that helps.

I have all the packs except for My First Pet Stuff.
I do play with CC & Mods both, but this seems to be an issue without them as well.. I have repaired my game twice, removed the mods and checked, its just Del Sol Valley.

I'll try the other methods provided by you & let you know how that goes! Thank you!

So I tried going Vanilla and did what you recommended, this issue seems to be still there only for Del Sol Valley...

I also checked all my drivers are up to date. All my other worlds are fine..

Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue?
