Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with a sim that has the "active" trait, enroll to university, and play in the university's soccer team.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim gets a "Tense" moodlet due to not exercising enough, even though she goes to three hours of soccer practice everyday. It seems like going to soccer practice does not count as exercise.
What do you expect to see? Sim does no longer get tense from lack of exercise when she does three hours of physical activity every day.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have installed some custom content, and the issue still occurs without the CC, so I assume that that is not the issue.

Active Sims should no longer get the “Not Enough Exercise” tense buff if they have enrolled in the Soccer Fútbol after school activity, or choose to juggle a soccer fútbol ball.
