No, getting a new chef doesn't work either. At least it didn't when I tried it before I started a new game. I fired my chefs and got new ones and every once in a while they were able to cook a meal with great quality but only if this meal was level one. This is a bug and a big one...and there is no solution we can find. EA has to fix this. And soon!!

Were they top level before the patch ?

I’d love to. I rename all my saves though. How can I find out what number it is?

Easiest way is to go to your save with the problem and save it.

Then go into your saves folder and sort by date. Send the newest one that is not slot_00000001.save and not any of the ver0 to ver4 ones.

And how can I send it? It's the first time I have a problem like that so I never had to send a save. Do I just need to copy the file and send it via privat message or something?

Please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.

Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.
