[FIXED] Child sims play with toy bug (Creativity aspiration) [ Edited ]

(Have found this bug present both with and without mods)

Child sims trying to complete the Creativity aspiration (milestone 2 of 3), 'play with toys' only +1s if they immediately play with a toy after playing with the current toy. So if a child is playing with a toy for a long enough amount of time, then you cancel the interaction, it does not contribute to the aspiration. The only way to make it contribute is by adding play with a different toy to the queue before cancelling the first toy interaction. Have found this for all 3 play with toys points.

I've re-testest this and have no issues

Are you playing with a different toy the second one ? Does the first one register at all ?

Hello, I'm currently running into the same issue as the OP. I've tried having my child play with all of her toys in a row and none of the toys register as being played with for the aspiration. I'm stuck on 2/3 toys played with.

@limeylyds As the toys have a tendency to get stuck on toddlers atm, that might be an issue.

Could you check again when those issues are resolved ?

Not sure how long the game has had the play with toy bug, but it is still a problem. Had my sim play with every toy and not one registered as being played with. Not sure how to get past this
