[OPEN] Ceilings darkened after 11-13-18 update

Yep. I have this issue as well. I"m hoping it's fixed in the December Patch. I clicked me too.

I have this too. I wonder if it's related to the terrain update somehow?

Been doing some research on twitter. This issue isn't due to graphic cards because a lot of people having this issue are using high end cards like the Nvidea GTX 660 and 1070. Those are really good cards.

If you check BryonyRae's post, she said she has it too and I'm pretty sure she has a strong card.

Unlike the other issue you are seeing, I don't think it was ever said this was due to weak cards.

Same here. Ceilings are too dark now.

I have this problem too. Not a huge issue for me but it does look dumb.

I have this issue too! As someone who loves to take screenshot this is a big issue that needs to be fixed asap. It looks terrible. I thought I was the only person who had to deal with this, I even went to considerable lengths to troubleshoot this bug (including reinstalling the game and rolling back my drivers) but alas there is no way to fix it. This is definitely undesirable.

I have a covered patio area under a second story.  This area is not an enclosed room, and you can see that the darkened ceiling does not appear on this ceiling.  Update: Spoke too soon...at night the light displays oddly on the same ceiling.

The hope is that it will be addressed in the December patch/update.
