[OPEN] Part Time/Active Careers Have Blank Daily Task Menu [ Edited ]

@rory_nutt For future reference, please always tag a CM if you need changes done to a post. Since it's your own post, you can also adjust titles yourself. Just make sure it reflects the issue properly, has pack tags if necessary and retain any status tags the thread already has.

My sims who are in careers that have daily tasks still seem to get their tasks, but e.g. babysitters get a blank Daily task box.

So it seems the issue might only be that careers that shouldn't have a daily task in the first place have an empty box in the panel.

Also I noticed that the bug only occurs at career level 3 for my sims.

can you please attach some photos? I haven’t seen it happen for full time careers (besides the GTW / GF ones). 

it’s unclear as to whether this happens for careers that actually do have daily tasks.

My sim went from being a barista to a doctor and no daily tasks are visible and it's just blank. See attached screenshot for reference.

I want her to be successful, Please, How do I fix this.

@ToelessMouse  Do you use mods or custom content, and is this still a problem without them?  Please test if you haven't already.  You can also restore a backup save from before this happened:

@ToelessMouse This is a bug but only for careers that aren't supposed to have daily tasks.

Do you also have it for rabbithole or WFH careers ?

@crinrict I had it for the barista career while she was attending Uni, purely a career issue, her homework tasks were still visible
