[FIXED] Can't scrap paintings done by random Sims [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have someone not in the household use an easel on your lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? After a non-household sim uses an easel on my sim's lot, the easel is no longer interactive. I can't scrap the painting or remove it to use the easel myself unless I remove the painting in build/buy.
What do you expect to see? Should be able to scrap any painting on the easel through the Sim menu to retain immersion.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've had this happen too, but I'm happy to go into build/buy mode and sell it for £0.

Now easels can be pulled into personal inventory. Pulling the easel into personal inventory will clear it. However now the unfinished canvas will be stuck. It cannot be sold or deleted. I found a code to purge personal inventory that worked. The down side is I had to move or sell everything else out of their inventory to avoid loss.
