[FIXED] Can't invite Sim into your home and saying goodbye doesn't work. [ Edited ]

Usually when you invite a Sim over to your home (whether they are a friend or acquaintance) they'll do the usual door knock, but my Sim can no longer invite them inside. It's not under any of the interactions and it used to be there. Also when you say goodbye to a Sim who is visiting your house he/she will juts stand there and not move.

It's different than Ask to leave btw.

No I do not. It's been fixed with the January patch.

Can your Sim still knock on other Sims doors ?

Did you try moving out via manage world and move back in ?

I haven't had issues with knocking on other doors, it's just NPC Sims. They'll just stand there after I open the door, and the option to invite them in isn't showing up as an option. Also I did not try moving them out, but I did move another family into a separate house. I'm playing now so if the "invite in" shows up for the new family then I'll know it's a corrupted save on the old one. I'll keep you posted. 

Edit* The other one though where they won't leave when you tell them goodbye is one I'd like addressed as they knew to leave when you said that in the previous games lol.
