@crinrict It's still happening for me... I'm pretty sure that Origin just updated me to the latest patch. Putting it in my inventory doesn't work either.

@TantienHime Did you try selling the tea/coffee maker and check if it still happens on a new one after a while ?

@crinrict I will check it out. My Sim ended up dying so I decided to start a new game. Will keep an eye the next time it happens.

Just confirming on my end that the green cloud is going away now as intended.

If it's still happening for anyone else, either replace the Tea Maker or Coffee Machine and try again.

Still happening for me as well. It's annoying having to replace the coffeemaker every time this happens, among all the other bugs rampant in this game. Constant micromanaging.
