I don't believe this issue was fixed with the latest patch. It seems that the yard sale table was, but the large canvas for selling paintings on was not.

Even though the table issue got fixed, another problem became apparent after frequently using the item. Sim will stop tending the table after saying goodbye to customers during a sale event.

I just stopped playing The Sims 4, because this bug is a shame! I have that trouble since november, it's so bad!! They just dont fix it!
