I've had this problem since I originally bought City Living. I hope they fix this issue or decide to change it if its by design because it makes apartments extremely annoying to play in.

I honestly think they don't know how to fix it unfortunately

@mumofharry I agree!  My husband looked at the error when I first had it happen and felt strongly he knew what was the cause. If they worked more closely with the community, there might be help out there when it's needed. I have felt somewhat abandoned by EA on all the issues however. The doors/arches/etc not rendering properly is a huge issue but it's just one of more issues than I can even count at this point. I spend a ton of time trying to make the game playable between errors/issues.

If it helps, I use the glass doors now in all rentals and it helps me see a bit better. Not a total fix but better than shrinking the doors.

@mrstank30 I know i feel the same i tend to not use doors at all and just leave a gap in the wall so when i play cutaway view it looks normal

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Walls Down View or Walls Cutaway View
What happens when the bug occurs? Doors that don't disappear or remain visible, after using Walls Down View/Walls Cutaway View.
What do you expect to see? Doors must not be shown, after using Walls Down View/Walls Cutaway View.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
