[OPEN] [CL] [CD] Dogs can't use elevators

@Ciaron88 I have this issue and it is *VERY* annoying as the dog wont go potty then trys to run away and gets stuck. These needs to be fixed urgently

Another bug fix undone by something. I've got all expansions, game packs, and stuff packs to date. This one seems to keep getting undone. Could you please stop breaking The Sims 4 with old bugs? Dogs can't go potty again because they can't 'Go Downstairs' to do so. They complain that the elevator is inaccessible to them. I have to use a mod that places a newspaper indoors. I don't have any other Worlds using elevators besides San Myshuno city district.

Also, I really don't like having to enter codes for login when I've stated a thousand times to ignore this browser. My game is running and it takes a bunch of resources to have to open up email as well as a browser. I'm not using a free email agent. These verifications are for the birds and redundant.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When living in an apartment, ask your dog to use the potty, but the dog can’t.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim asks the dog to go potty, but the dog can’t leave the apartment to do so.
What do you expect to see? When my sim asks the dog to go potty, the dog leaves the apartment to use the bathroom and then comes back inside of the apartment afterwards.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

With both the City Living and Cats and Dogs expansions in mind specifically, when I ask my dog to go use the bathroom, it pops up saying that it can’t. The only way to allow my dog to use the bathroom is to carry it outside and then carry it back inside.

Small dogs, puppies, and kittens will properly use the elevator to go downstairs from Penthouses. They can finally go potty! Poor little things.
