[CL] Gap in walls, spiky walls in apartments when minimizing walls

A minor but annoying change I've noticed recently is that when I play in apartments that share walls with other apartments and my walls are in cutaway mode, I can see into my neighbors' units. Historically walls in player apartments that were shared with other units did not cutaway. This limits my ability to see wall art and wallpaper in my own apartment - I'm now forced into looking into the vast emptiness of neighboring units. Everything seems to work as intended, however, when walls are shown to their full height. See attached images.

I'm still having this problem after the Aug 30, 2022 patch. This is from a no-mod/cc save. From my Sim's living room, I can see all the way thru her neighbor's apartment to the buildings across the street! It's been broken like this since the High School Years patch. I hope it gets fixed soon.

@RandomBuzziness Unfortunately it seems fixing scenarios is more important as that was what was mainly fixed in the patch i do hope they fix it soon as apartments for me are unplayable

Took me a minute to realize that something was off. I thought maybe it was doing that because my sim was standing in the hallway. When she moved, the walls were still cut out. My game hasn't worked correctly for several weeks. One issue after another. I'm so frustrated. Is there a mod for this somewhere??

What happens when the bug occurs? The interior walls of your apartment are cut away and you can see the walls in your neighbor's apartment, or even thru their walls to the building across the way. Also, if I place wall decor on those interior walls, my Sim gets a routing error if I direct her to view the wall art, and she is unable to view it. See attached pics.
What do you expect to see? Normal cutaway view with the Game Camera, where the walls in front of my Sim cut away, but the walls behind her are not cut away.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

This is an overhead view of my Sim's apartment in San Myshuno. The game camera is set for wall cutaway mode. The walls in the hallway appear cut away, as if my Sim was behind them (she is not, you can see her standing in the bathroom). This household is just one single Sim, so it's not a household member causing the cutaway view. Even parts of the apartment to the right and to the rear have walls that are cut away and I can see the landscape outside of the building.

This is a view of the same apartment with the same camera settings, taken on a laptop that has not yet been updated with the July 26 patch.The hallway walls and the back wall to my Sim's bathroom are not cut away, only the walls that are in front of my Sim are cutaway. I cannot see the walls of my neighbor's apartment. My Sim has no routing problems when directed to view wall art on her interior walls:

What happens when the bug occurs? Cutaway view now shows all interior walls as down at all times, regardless if a room is empty or not, and this affects all lots - but especially apartments (where it affects interior and exterior walls), as now it is possible to see into every empty apartment within a building at all times.
What do you expect to see? Cutaway view should only show walls down for rooms that sims are actually in, as it has always done.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Since the release of high school years or the 30th of August patch, cutaway view is now showing all interior walls as down at all times, regardless if a room is empty or not, and this affects all lots - but especially apartments, as now it is possible to see into every empty apartment within a building at all times with a weird V shaped glitch on every wall. This happens in both apartments and non-apartments, the attached screenshots show the issue (images taken prior to removal of CC & re-installation).

Issue still persists after removal of all CC & mods/clean uninstall+re-install/new game.

I'm pretty sure it's always been all the rooms on the active lot for me, not just the rooms the Sims are in. But that is odd in apartments, since the other apartments aren't part of the "active" lot they probably shouldn't be shown.
