I am still having this issue after updating my game... Fertilizing with other items is working again but not with poop. It will do the animation like normal but the poop remains in the inventory and the plant remains unfertilized. No routing issue. The issue persists if it's one poop or a stack, big or small.

I am also still having this issue. Plant remains unfertilised until I use another fertiliser
