I spayed my cat, but it keeps getting pregnant anyway.

Which language are you playing the game in? Dutch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion pack except garden accessories 

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get your cats spayed and wait for it to give birth.

What happens when the bug occurs? Spayed cat keeps getting pregnant

What do you expect to see? That my spayed cat doesn't get pregnant

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, started from the beginning I installed C&D. Even after the update from 12-12-2017

Hi I am playing with the Lynx household and I spayed/neutered all my cats except Bartholomew Jr. Then somehow Josie gave birth to 2 more kittens even though when I hover over her in my relationships it says she is spayed.

So I'm trying to breed my 2 dogs. One female, one male, both are NOT fixed and like each other. Every time I try, the option to "encourage to mate" is grayed out and it says you can't breed fixed pets.... I made both of the dogs, and neither is fixed. I even went back into CAS to check. I don't know what to do.
