I see this on PS4 my adopted cat said spayed when I adopted her, but she went into heat a few days later and is listed as natural in the CAS.

I also have a cat "spayed" in CAS that is constantly in heat.  I'll try undoing it in CAS and spaying her through gameplay.

I too have the same problem, I created a spayed kitten in CAS. When she aged naturally and became an adult, the spay reset. I went back into CAS and modified again making her spayed again. However all she does is meow and hearts appear on her head all the time.

Can confirm that a cat "spayed" in CAS that is constantly in heat can be "unspayed" in cas.fulleditmode and then spayed through gameplay, and they will stop yowling.

IOW:  Only spaying through gameplay (via the vet surgery station) works.

Listen, I think every species - well everyone, has the right to find love. But we did have to fix an issue with Female Cats going into Heat despite being Spayed. Even so, I hope my lovely Spayed Female Felines will still find love out there.
