[FIXED] [CCSP] Jewelry can't be worn after sim dies with it on [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.105.332.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansions except For Rent, all game packs except wedding and batuu, half the stuff packs, no kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? create jewelry, have a sim wear it, that sim dies, then place the jewelry from the household inventory
What happens when the bug occurs? the jewelry is unable to be picked up or worn by any sim, even the one who died, because the game thinks its still being worn by the dead sim.
What do you expect to see? a way for jewelry to be worn by other sims after a sim dies wearing it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I had a sim die with jewelry on and tried to put the jewelry in another sims inventory and it wouldn't let me. I got the ghost of the dead sim and tried to put it in her inventory, wouldn't let me. I tired removing the jewelry from the ghost sim in CAS, it didn't change anything. I disabled mods and tried it in a new save and the same thing happened. I want to be able to have heirloom jewelry without having to make sure a sim takes off their jewelry before they die.
