[FIXED] [CAS] Skirt from Patch 1.46.18 invisible on men with boots

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Parenthood, City Living, Get To Work, Get Together, DogsandCats, Free holiday stuff pack, ghoulish guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a man in CAS, put the new skirt (with fern fronds from the August 16, 2018 patch) on him, along with some cowboy boots (or any other tall boots).
What happens when the bug occurs? His legs disappear.
What do you expect to see? The skirt should be visible on his body, along with his legs.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. August 16, 2018 patch added African-related clothes to the game.

Re: Men can't wear new skirt with boots
- Male Sims wearing steel toed boots paired with a skirt (It’s called fashion, look it up.) would previously have their legs disappear. Happily, we’ve fixed this.
Fixed in Patch 1.47.49
