@SimQARoboSo in the maintenance patch before "Realm of Magic"?
Given that the release is 10th of September I assume we're expecting that maintenance patch on maybe the 4th or the 5th?

Basements will not create irremovable flooring between levels.
Fixed in Patch 1.55.105

Updated to new 9/5/19 patch and no bueno. This is still an issue with my build.

I was able to fix it by retracing the rooms and then removing floors again. Silly and somewhat extraneous work around but it worked.
Other lots with open 2 level basements were not affected. The lot that was affected was an arts center.

I'm still getting the issue where the floor remains as dirt when I remove it between ground floor and first basement level (basement1.png). All the other basements are ok (basement2.png). I'm running latest update 1.55.108.1020
