[FIXED] [BCK] Candle has no flame while emitting lights [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, All Game Pack (except OR and STJTB) All Stuff Packs (except LPSP, SSP, RGSP, KRSP, MFPSP) All Kits (except TFK, BDK, COK, FSK)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use bathroom clutter kit candle
What happens when the bug occurs? No flame, yet light is emitted
What do you expect to see? Flame
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This was fixed in patch 1.96.397. The flame shows and it now properly works off the grid as stated in the description

It seems to function as a light instead of a candle. In my game, when power shutoff say was in effect, the candle would not let me turn it on because of the power being out.

@lee81143 It has a candle name aswell as being off the grid while also emitting yellow/candle tone lights

Some friends who play on console told me it's fixed on their end, but for me on pc the bug is still there

This was fixed in patch 1.96.397. The flame shows and it now properly works off the grid as stated in the description
