why do my sims keep being rude to eachother?? [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64.11.2310 or the more recent tone i believe
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base Game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue i think i might be the only one having this issue with sims autonomy so maybe checking their files
What happens when the bug occurs? Basically two sims could be having a good convo but they always say something rude some of them aren't even mean and this is happening all throughout my saves. It's pretty annoying because right after you x out the insult they keep wanting to do it over and over, ruining alot of relationships for no reason at all
What do you expect to see? expect for them to be able to have a proper conversation without their significant other to insult them for no reason or any sim for that matter please lmk how i can possibly resolve this.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the latest update on console this started to happen which i believe was on October 11th 2022

I have left 2 images below as examples of what i mean (Please don't mid the screen i was playing on my laptop via cloud but same issues occur on console too) ex1 image is to show their relationship status they seem pretty chill but ex2 shows how they willingly insult each other for no reason, this is also happening to the sims which i haven't played as and across my saved games it's the same mess.

Yes, was literally logging in to report this as a bug. Ever since the new update all my sims are randomly insulting each other. One of my saves the parents are insulting their own children and each other even though they are married solemates and none of them have the mean or evil trait. Pleaseeeee EA pick this up and fix it QUICK, its ruining my saves 😪😫 I pressume its to do with the addition of the new trait...now any sims that dont have the loyal trait just randomly insult each other no matter what their traits or relationship with the other sim...I havent tested this yet, but due to have a teen age up soon and planning on giving him the loyal trait...but until we get a fix it is bringing his character values, reputation and relationships down rapidly, so feel like I dont want to/cant play at the moment...its another game ruining bug making a game I paid hundreds for now unplayable again...thanks EA!!!! It is literally so bad you cannot leave sims unsupervised whilst socializing...I am also on xbox one so no mods or CC

@SimGuruRitzy please can the team fix this bug, it has only started to happen since the new update and now my sims can't talk to anyone at all (XBOX user here using keyboard and mouse, no cheats, CC or Mods). I have tried disabling autonomy and this hasn't fixed the issue. I'm currently on my fifth generation and don't want this to affect my family Thank you!

Its happening in my legacy save so none of them have the loyal trait yet and I cant leave them socialising unsupervised...Parents being mean to kids and each other... thought it would be to do with the new trait so made a new save with just one sim, who was loyal, outgoing and cheerful...when the welcome wagon came it wasnt long until my sim was queing mean interactions and the NPC sims who visited were also insulting each other randomly...so dont think it makes any diff on my game what traits are present or their relationship with the other sim/s....will just have to give up playing until its fixec 😪😪😪

It's indeed NOT a trait or mood related it also happens with or without mods. Spend the afternoon testing this on PC with base game only, which shows the same issue.

It feels a little like turrets, you try..

Ask about Day > Brighten Day > Get to Know

and instead you get 

Ask about Day > Imply mother is a Llama > Brighten day > Yell at > Get to know > Insult

In the IT world I would call it a 'balancing' issue
