Sims autonomously insulting each other

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.92.145.1030 (latest update from 11/10/22)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dog, Get To Work and Get Together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do not control the sims interactions with other sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims seem to constantly insult each other autonomously even though their relationship is quite high.
What do you expect to see? My sims not insulting each other autonomously.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I've only noticed this since I installed the update. I know there are other people experiencing the same problem so I'm just reposting the issue in hopes that EA will solve the problem.

This is also happening to me right after the update.  I even created a new game with a brand new sim, with good cheerful and neat traits, he will automatically do mean social actions during the welcome wagon event, for absolutely no reason. Also tested this with a brand new day one married couple with these traits, had them start a conversation and poof they both start arguing. This started after the update.  I have no mods or CC.  I have pretty much every expansion.

@NevendingNewb Yeah, at first I noticed my sim, who's a goofball, started being mean to his fiance and it started to be a little frequent. I moved over to my 8 person family household I just made two days ago and sure enough 4 out of 8 started being mean. NONE of them have the mean trait, like yours their good/cheerful sims, and I keep seeing negation in both friendship and love bars.

Ive noticed that the game is adding these actions automatically.  Under each sims action queue. The game is playable as long as no one talks to my sims pretty much lol.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just by playing a household, sims with no negatives traits, sentiments or friendships will autonomously insult one another.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my Sims are suddenly using insulting/mean interactions with each other autonomously.
What do you expect to see? No autonomous mean interactions.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Immediately after patch for version noted above, I began experiencing the issue with and without CC.

I 'm trying to avoid this with MCCC mod, it seems it works but it's not easy...

Edit: Non, finally, it didn't work.... Sorry

EDit 2: Thancks to  mrscottypants - I'm not confortable with MCCC - it works with a new game...

@NevendingNewb The only way around it that I can think of is focus on 1on 1 conversations and being able to catch the mean icon in the queue and cancel it for the time being. And here I was looking forward to finally play my new full house save with a new home I just built for them. I usually don't build a lot of houses in Sims because they don't turn out the way I thought they would. Here's hoping they acknowledge this bug and it gets dealt with soon.

I looked this up on Reddit and somebody suggested using MCCC and disabling autonomous mean interactions. This seemed to have worked when I tried it. With MCCC on, click on a computer, go to the MCCC and click MC tuner, click interaction autonomy, find mean interactions and disable it. It's not a great fix because I feel like mean/evil sims should be mean and evil if they want to be. Also requires a third party mod but I see no better alternative.
