Off the grid ask on date failure

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? the latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except moschino
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a teenager to phone someone to ask to go on a date
What happens when the bug occurs? They get the failed call saying the lot is off the gris when it isnt
What do you expect to see? Them go on a date
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

every single time i try and get my teens to go out on a date from any residential lot in any town i get the message it failed as the lot is off the grid , None of my 42 residential lots are off the grid

Yeah same as me the off the grid lot traits been broken a while now it was happening before I got eco tried to phone someone and it kept on saying oh no your call is dropping and getting an angry moodlit as well I have never used of the grid lot trait not once it started for me when we got the update before eco came out.

Unfortunately my game is constantly crashing so I'm unable to check until we get the update.

Mines has been working fine since the newest patch was released, thank goodness

The last major update fixed it for me. I am on Xbox.

Fixed for me on pc started a new save to test it it's working now.
