Yeah, you have a below minimum specs graphics chip.
QA is working on it but your drivers are about a year old, so try updating anyways

I just bought the sims 4 backyard and the water slide doesn't work right and it makes my sim somewhat deformed when she about to slide and then they disappear!

EA has released a beta fixed for this issue.
