[FIXED] A Gathering of Garden Stones not routable after 7/9/15 Patch

Prior to the 7/9/15 patch, sims could route over the "A Gathering of Garden Stones" object. After the patch, they no longer can. Note that sims can route over the similar "Floor Stars" object from the Perfect Patio pack.

This issue has been fixed in the 11/7/17 patch.
