Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My team: SL Kylo (lead), Kylo Unmasked, Sith Trooper, First Order Officer, General Hux. Fighting against other SL Kylo led teams, FOO's Marching Orders ability appears to do nothing most of the time it is used.

If the enemy team has General Hux's zeta, it is blocking your TM gain.

"If all allies are First Order at the start of battle, enemies can't gain bonus Turn Meter while General Hux has Advantage."
