FIFA controls only Y

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Career mode - manager
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, but it has happened twice. First time it was when I randomly logged into career mode. That time it randomly got fixed. The second time it was when I played the journey, the game crashed and when I went on it happened again.
What happens when the bug occurs? All my controls turn into Y and I hope you could fix it
What should be happening instead? I should have normal controls

So I'd like to have a fix for this problem where all my controls turn into Y on the xbox controller.  It happened twice.  First time it was when I randomly logged into career mode. That time it randomly got fixed. The second time it was when I played the journey, the game crashed and when I went on it happened again.  Hope you could fix it

Deleting* personal settings should fix this problem, but you might lose all controls changes you've set before.

*Customise -> Profile -> Delete
