FIFA 23 - Early Access Web App Login Issue - Sept 22nd, 2022

That makes 0 sense, sorry for saying this but that show how bad EA is dealing with their costumers... so whonhave fifa 22 gets extra pack for playing game and extra early acess just because they bought fifa 22 and i dont? Do you know why i didnt bought fifa22? No and u dont bother because its not your problem and its a problem of the communitty... i just wanted a option to create a clube earlier i think that is normal to ask... i dont think it is fair to have that many advantage just because they bought a game a year ago but it is your policy, and it makes no sense and i really show your position into the community. Sorry but I still have issue accessing web app.

I tried two browsers (3 if include one on mobile), I cleared cache for 2 browsers and still nothing. I tried log in into Fifa 22 Ultimate, logging out and going to web app and still nothing. 

And I cannot even submit a support request since when I go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us the only 'Recommended support option' is... Answers HQ. I cannot request a call since the form allows only US/Canada numbers.

So maybe someone from EA make an effort to provide a direct link where I can describe all the details and make a request? I understand something was fixed but this definitely doesn't mean the fix works for everyone

I have fifa 23 pre-ordered on my Xbox series s, and my Xbox live account, which I have played ultimate team on for many many years, is connected to my ea account. When I attempt to log in to the web app, it says I need to create a fut 23 club, which I do not understand how to do since the game is not out yet.

Today before FUT 23 Companion I was able to login to FUT 22 Companion, no errors,

what is wrong with FUT 23 Companion?
