new web app problem please help me

@EA_Lanna doesnt work for me either, When i tried to log in it says "were having some technical difficulties" and then I tried again and it says I need to change mu password. I did it 5 times already and always gets "technical difficulties" first time and "change password" the second time. I tried to open a case about it but it says my account is banned but when I checked on my ban history page it says I dont have any ban. Also I didnt got any email about getting banned or something other than all the passwords change emails I got. Please help me

When I try to log in to the fut web app, it looks like you don't have a fut23 club in your Ea account, but I have a fut22 club and I bought the fifa23 ultimate version, you can check it from my account, I want a solution. My gmail: [edit: email address removed]

WHEN THE NEW COMPANION APP DROPPED I LOGGED IN WITH ME PERSONAL INFO, I CREATED MY CLUB AND I OPENED ALL THE PACKS THAT YOU GAVE US AND STUFF. ON THE 22ND AFTER I COMPLETED AN SBC I WENT TO THE STORE TO OPEN THE PACK AND WHEN I CLICKED ON IT, A MESSAGE POPPED OUT SAYING "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED", SINGING ME OUT OF THE APP. NOW WHEN I TRY TO LOG BACK IN IT KEEPS SHOWING THE MESSAGES THAT ARE ON THE PHOTO I SENT YOU.

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP, THANK YOU EA SPORTS

the 22nd i logged on to the web app started my club since then the loggin wont work.

my patience is gone. I can’t login and all my friends makes Sbc’s and packing very good players. Also bought the ultimate edition so have to make a team in 10 hours..

Meeting the criteria was also confirmed via chat with a support, I was asked to report a bug but Couldn't do that on a page given by a support
