Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to switch on a single ceiling lamp
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, the option is no longer in the pie menue
What do you expect to see? Option in pie menue
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Sry, after changing the lamps in buy mode they work again.

@JochenWeiss if you had mods/CC and removed them when you noticed this glitch but didn't clear your cache and do a repair of the game, you may be experiencing lingering oddness from the mods/CC.  I'm glad that buying new lights solved your issue, but I would also recommend clearing your cache and repairing the game via Origin to ensure that you eliminate other potential oddities from cropping up.
