[FEEDBACK] [GTW] Invite Sim to Hangout on Work Lots

After the December 2015 patch Sims now have the option to invite friends and household members to hangout at scientist career using the friendship UI. I don't know if it is available for the other careers.
This picture shows the option in the friendship UI with a household member:
This shows the option grayed out in the phone menu because the Sim is at work:
This picture shows the option available on Zoe who is not in the household:
This picture show you can't use the UI about the household member's picture to bring them to the lot:

What happens if you do invite them ? Do they come ?
