[FEEDBACK] [GTW] Get New Case at the computer does not progress [ Edited ]

My sim is in this career and is unable to get a new case at the computer. She sits down and goes through the action, it registers on the progress bar but then reappears and does not progress from there. I have not edited the original lot at all. I've gotten three promotions and I can't move forward. Saved and got out of game with no luck when I got back in.

• Did you add any mods to your game ?
• Did you try moving her out and back in via Manage world ?
• Did you try coming back the next day ?
• Is it only the cases or do other task not work either ?

No mods whatsoever. Tried to move her out via manage worlds, did not work. I get all the other options on both the crime map and computers. But the task bar does not progress past "get case file". The option is there on the computer and when I select it, it acts like it has done it only to have the task bar request "get task file" again.

Even coming back after two days off did not work to reset it.
