I don't know which one is glitched but when a suspect who is innocent arrives to the police station after arrest, they are always in the prison uniform.
When a suspect who is guilty arrives to the police station, they are in regular clothes.
Note: Pictures are from the same case where the clues were "suspect wears jeans" and "suspect is a teen".
