Extra Counter on RJT’s Defiant Slash

Summarize your bug When using RJT’s Defiant Slash ability and calling BB-8 to assist, and getting RJT to assist for BB-8’s zeta’d Roll With the Punches, RJT is getting counter attacked twice. This should only be occurring once off the original attack from Defiant Slash, not a second time for the assist from Roll With the Punches. BB-8’s assist off of Defiant Slash is properly not countered.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Face a team with RJT as leader and BB-8 with zeta Roll With the Punches against a countering character (CLS led arena squad, for example).

This happens to me often on p3 of the HAAT. I'll try to get a video this evening when my guild kills it.

For testing purposes, I recommend you try using a toon that has 100% counter chance like Dooku.
Try using RJT (Rey Jedi Training) and BB8 as the only two resistance members on your team. Have bb8 with the Roll with the Punches Zeta. Have RJT use Defiant Slash and call bb8 to assist - bb8 will then call RJT to assist him, so RJT will attack twice.
I expect Dooku will counterattack twice vs RJT.

As of January 23rd, 2019, this is still an issue. Jolee (under revan lead and with retribution from gk) will counter JTR twice when she uses defiant slash calling bb8 to assist and bb8’s unique calls her to assist again. @EA_HighCommand

We've checked this with the team and the behavior is working as designed. Therefore, not a bug.

Assuming 100% counter attack rating
An opponent will always counter attack the number of time attacked by an attacker during their turn as long as there is not something else preventing it (like daze defender or stealth on attacker). An out of turn assist is not countered
In the instance you are describing JTR is makin an in turn assist

If ezra attacks twice he will get countered twice
If Leia triple attacks she will get countered 3 times

Even a similar situation

5's calls Aalya who calls 5's, 5's could be counter attacked 3 times
Out of turn assists/attacks are the only ones not countered.
