What happens when the bug occurs? When launching the game and with newest Nvidia Drivers, exclusive fullscreen options are not applying: Symptoms: - Setting fullscreen in the options with monitors native resolution wont apply. - Setting fullscreen in the options with non-native resolution will apply. - Setting windowed or borderless fullscreen in the options with any resolution will apply. - ALT + Enter wont apply fullscreen but will toggle the displayed option in settings between windowed and fullscreen.
What should be happening instead? Exclusive fullscreen should work

When launching the game and with newest Nvidia Drivers, exclusive fullscreen options are not applying:
Symptoms:
- Setting fullscreen in the options with monitors native resolution wont apply.
- Setting fullscreen in the options with non-native resolution will apply.
- Setting windowed or borderless fullscreen in the options with any resolution will apply.
- ALT + Enter wont apply fullscreen but will toggle the displayed option in settings between windowed and fullscreen.
