What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was in the drop ship waiting for the countdown to end

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Everyone teleports around, but on rare occasions the teleporting will stop and be stable for around 2 seconds. A red thing will also appear in the top right corner of the screen.
What should be happening instead? No red thing should be happening and player movement should be fluid. I have tried uninstalling, restarting my Xbox, closing the game, but nothing has worked.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. The glitch just happened when the game was working fine the day before.

Note that it is not unique to friendly players, and the red thing in the top right corner. Also, some audio cues will not play as well.
