Summarize your bug In the empire base training phase 4, in the tutorial , it's asking to click on a ally to get buff from Thrawn, but i can't click the arrow. I check a video on youtube and my allies are not at same place ... suppose to click on Palpatine on top right, but for me it's Vader.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

I somehow managed to pass through this bug but then there is another:

After giving the buff to dark vader, the game tells me to use an ability from him. Done. Then the game tells me to use General thrawn fracture ability but the problem is that it is dark vader's turn again ! And off course I cannot use fracture with him.

Exact same issue for me. The only character I can select in the first step is Vader and end up using his AoE, but then it assumes Palpatine is selected and prompts to use his AoE - however, Vader's skills are showing:
