How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make your sim wear the dress from the Valentine Bonus Bundle. The arms have an extra layer that takes same shade as skin colour.
What do you expect to see? The dress doesn't have that extra layer that gets same colour as the sim's skin. It should look as the dress in the pack ad.
