How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't have screenshots etc, because i didn't expect there would be any bugs. Maybe EA can check it from how many bags of plenty i bought
What do you expect to see? Getting back my 250 pies would be nice if i can't get the cash..

The price i was supposed to receive was 25 cash, please fix it immediately since the event only occur in 4 days

For everyone affected by this bug, the advice is to contact EA.
Seeing the Harvest event is ending soon, I don't think this bug will be resolved.
This is how you can contact EA: Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Redeem a harvest bag and happen to get simcash then redeem another after it

The harvest events have been bugging out this week and I was redeeming my over 10,000 pumpkin pies and I finally got 25 simcash. I claimed it and my cash said 450 then I opened another harvest bag and claimed that and my 25 simcash was gone and I was back to 425. It was there for less than 5 seconds and the customer service says they don’t have a record of it but I think the app is messed up.
Also the the first time I opened a harvest bag at the beginning of the event I got 25 simcash as well but was able to open another and keep that amount. This was before all the buggy things with changing events started happening

I know, it happend to me too @sunnyfebruary13 I've merged your post with an existing bug post on this issue.
Could you try the solution of contacting EA again, through the app. You can link them to this post, in hopes it helps.
