Summarize your bug The event description of "Gnawing Terror" for Darth Malak within the event is incorrect and misleading. It states "..At the end of each turn, enemies who critically hit Darth Malak this turn are inflicted with Fear for 1 turn, which can't be resisted or evaded." Gnawing Terror also triggers Fear when a character applies a Damage Over Time effect to Darth Malak.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the event. Use a character like MIssion Vao, and use her special ability to go into Stealth while targeting Malak. When she does, her unique "Now You See Me" applies a Damage Over Time effect to Darth Malak and Mission gains Fear. She is dealing no damage, and no other effect of his applies Fear to enemies.

The character-version of Malak has a similar version of Gnawing Terror. His version says "..At the end of each turn, enemies who INFLICTED DAMAGE OVER TIME ON DARTH MALAK OR critically hit Darth Malak this turn are inflicted with Fear for 1 turn, which can't be resisted or evaded."
My guess is that the Fear on DOT was added recently, and the tooltip in the event wasn't updated to reflect this ability, and then the character version kit of Gnawing Terror was applied to the event. Either that, or the skills in the event are incorrect.
