How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug ErrorCode 9.0 after connecting to Facebook
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I did everything tech support suggested with no success
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region South America
Country USA

I cleared cache, reinstalled the app, turned wifi on and off, restarted the phone, turned off and on mobile data, etc.

still seeing this error message.

Error code 9 is usually a sign of an unstable or weak internet connection. Make sure your connection is strong and stable when going into important matches, to prevent this from happening.
