What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Any iOS device

What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Constantly get “there is an error with your connection”. Even when sitting 2 meters away from modem. Occurs on both wifi and mobile data.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. Open packs with ally points. Usually every 5 or so packs the error occurs. Or refreshing list of available battles in arena. If I hit refresh more than 1 or 2 times usually get the connection issue.

It is very common, all my guild mates have same issue, across iOS and Android, issue must be at your end.

Hi there, ally code is 182-488-449

 

have double checked and multiple people in my guild get the same issue. It happens when on wifi or cellular data, doesn’t make a difference.

 

game connects again immediately when u click try again.

 

its just really, really, really annoying.
