What happens when the bug occurs? The game gives me an error code and sends me to main menu.
What do you expect to see? The ability to open my pack or get my coins back.

My game crashes when I try to open my Player's Choice Pack. I talked to five EA advisors and one EA specialist but they told they can't help and redirected me here.

From your support case it appears there were no unopened packs on your account.

I am also having this same issue. Pack gives the same error code and I haven't received any of the contents.

I got same Error, when I try to open my pack it shows error code

I never know the exact cause of this bug but when I get it, only time will fix it. Usually my HUT time is at night so I'll just leave that pack overnight while I sleep and most of the time it opens properly in the morning

That's how it went for me in NHL18 but doesn't work this time.

Same problem here. Purchased a thanksgiving pack with coins yesterday and it gave me an error code and took me back to the title screen. Now that pack is sitting in my inbox, whenever I try to open it, same error occurs.
