Summarize your bug When I tried to join another guild the game said the guild was full then it said I needed to restart the game. When I restarted it gave me error code 3.0 and stops loading

Summarize your bug When I tried to change guilds it it told me the guild was full, the it told me I needed to restart the game. When I restarted the game I got error code 3.0 each time it starts to load the cantinas. I have tried on 2 devices, tried deleting the cache, force stopping the game, turning the phone off and on, and deleting game and reinstalling it. Each time I get error code 3.0. If I do a clean install I can play the game as a guest up till I try to load my account from Google play. Please help me.

Yes, they had to reset my account to clear error code. Somehow I got caught between two guilds and they had to manually place me back into my guild

Hello,
I recently encountered the error code 3.0.
I don't know my ally code, or player ID, because I never had to look it up before.
Since the game wont let me in I can't look it up, is there a way I can access that information outside of the game?
