Error code 1 for battlefield 5 lost connection to ea servers

Summarize your bug It wont let me load a game keeps giving me an error code 1 lost connection to ea severs.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play it any one of the games even rides of war.
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me out over and over
What should be happening instead? Me playing

Summarize your bug I keep getting this message when trying to play battlefield 5 you have lost connection to the ea servers I'm in pflugerville tx
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play multiplayer on anything it will load but then give you that message I have trouble shot my system its good internet good what's going on.
What happens when the bug occurs? It will freeze my game then kick me back to menus but some times it will let me play.
What should be happening instead? Me playing online

Does disabling IPv6 fix it for you? Here are some steps you can try:

• Right-click on the game in Origin and select "Repair."
• Run the game as administrator. Right click on the Origin desktop shortcut to see that option.
• Review basic connection troubleshooting steps HERE
• Make sure Origin/BFV is allowed as an exception for your anti-virus.

Will this go to my ps4 or is it to bypass the firewall in my internet

To disable IPv6 you'll have to login to the settings on your router.

It can't be the ipv6 I also play on  PS 4. I played for 5 hours and got the same error just now error code 1 and I never change router/firewall settings and the connection was fine 5 mins ago as I was still playing so please no random ipv6 solutions it's not user based but server based on each side otherwise I would have been unable to play for 5 hours nonstop without problems till 5 minutes ago no loss of internet connection no change in router settings so it's just ea

We both play on PLAYSTATION 4 so NO origin and no repair function

Enabling or disabling IPv6 is done through your router's admin settings. You'll need to log into the router's admin settings (login info is usually right on the router itself) to do this. Even though this needs to be done via PC it will affect your network for PS4.

Hmm ok again, 

1. I play on PLAYSTATION 4 which is connected to my cable/TV box there is no firewall and no config for enable/disable ipv6.

2. I played fine before no problems in the beta or until today getting just fine without ipv6 on or off. 

3. It is working again now and as I said I did not change a thing so it was definitely the EA servers causing problems this morning so why is it always unserside problems in your opinion. Meanwhile I heard from some of my friends the same thing when I came from work error code 1 and they could not join a game until this evening?? Don't tell me it s a coincident.

Usually when I have this problem on ps4 go to the home screen hit options and close application re open and it works

Its not network related,  I have no problem with the game but my wifes pc gets the error 1

I do beleave there is something wrong with the Igoproxy.exe in the origin folder and also the Origin program.
