Summarize your bug Starting this morning I have been unable to launch SWGOH on my Android. I play this daily and have invested quite a bit into this game. I get the Error Code: 3.0 every time I try to launch the game. It is telling me this could be due to internet connection but this is not the case, I have tried launching while connected to high-speed wifi and also on my 4G connection both don't work. I spoke to support and they were not able to solve the issue, all they told me is that it looks like everything on my account is fine. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, this does not work. I also manage a very active guild and am missing out on our current TW and Heroic Sith Raid which is a big loss in rewards. Please assist.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This happens anytime I attempt to launch the game. It started today 3/20/2019. Error code: 3.0

We've manually fixed all affected accounts now and you should be able to log back into the game without further trouble.

I am having the same issue on my iOS device (iPhoneX). I have tried updating my Game Center account, signing out and signing back in, reinstalling the app and several other ideas recommended through the contact us support. I am still unable to get in. Ally code 619-868-525

Same problem here ally code 823-294-838. Useing Sony xperia Z Android. Got this problem from today morning tryied to reinstal it on others device all time same problem. Pls fix it fast. thanks

It seems to be effecting specific accounts. I opened up the app on my old phone and was able to get in on an alt account. However my main account is unable to connect no matter what device I try it on.

Same thing is happening to me and i haven't been able to access the game all day. My ally code is 549-514-317 and i haven't gotten a response from my ticket. Has anyone had the issue resolved?

I am 24 hours in and have not had the problem resolved. I talked with tech support last night and the person forwarded my name to the specialist who is working on the issue. There are many players experiencing this problem and it is being worked. Very frustrating especially with Darth Revan right around the corner.

It really is! I've been working hard the past week to get ready for darth revan. Now I wont even have enough time, no matter how much money I spend.

 

It's been OVER 24 hours now. I won't even be able to use my offense in this grand arena and I'm missing a heroic sith raid. I expect compensation. This is getting ridiculous. I've already spoken to support multiple times with zero help.
