Error Code 3.0

I was part of a guild and went to change to a more powerful guild.  I tried to make the change, and received an error saying that the guild was now full and that I could not join.  I immediately started getting Error Code 3.0 and have not been able to log into the game for 9 days.  Every time I contact EA for help through the app, I get a list of troubleshooting steps or links to some forum.  None of this has helped.  Here's what I've tried, multiple times:

1. Deleted Star Wars GOH from my iPhone 7

2. Cleared Safari cache

3. Logged out of Game Center

4. Power clycled phone

5. Re installed SWGOH

6. Launched game

7. When prompted, logged into Game Center and got Error Code 3.0

I have also loaded the game on another device and when I logged in through Game Center got the same error.

I have even gone as far as to start a new character(not linked to my Game Center account) and joined a guild to see if that would help.  IT DID NOT

Can someone please help.  I have played this game for years and have spend a good deal of money playing and building my characters up.
